She has successfully represented Nutri-Systems, Inc., Sheraton Princeville Hotel, M. David Paul & Associates, Budget Rent-A-Car. She has recovered large settlements for plaintiffs in cases as diverse as products liability (machine injury against a Japanese corporation, Asahi Kasei Corp.); wrongful death matter involving Burger King; and other matters in which liability was disputed. Ms. Wenning is also of counsel to Alexander W.
